Wheel forging is a manufacturing process in which a solid billet of metal is subjected to extreme pressure and temperature to form the desired wheel shape. Unlike casting, where molten metal is poured into molds, forging reshapes solid metal through compressive force, refining its internal grain structure.

This process aligns the metal grain flow, eliminates internal porosity, and significantly enhances the structural integrity of the wheel.
