Our Metal Bending Capabilities
At FLUIDO, our metal bending process is designed to achieve high precision, consistent quality, and efficient production. We follow a structured workflow from engineering review to final inspection to ensure every part meets your requirements.
1. Drawing Review
We start by reviewing customer drawings, 3D models, or samples. Our engineering team evaluates material type, thickness, bend radius, and structural requirements to confirm the optimal bending solution.
2. Material Selection & Preparation
High-quality metal sheets such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, or copper are selected and prepared. Each material is checked for thickness consistency and surface quality.
3. CNC Bending Setup
We program CNC press brake machines according to the required bending angles, dimensions, and tolerances. Proper tooling is selected to ensure accuracy and avoid deformation.
4. Precision Bending Operation
The metal sheet is precisely bent using CNC or hydraulic press brakes. Multiple bending steps are applied if necessary to achieve complex geometries.
5. Secondary Processing (If Required)
